One correction, Jay Sheldon Monsen was the sone of Lyman Sheldon Monsen and the grandson of James Monsen. Lyman Sheldon Monsen and his wife Inez Ophelia Justesen also lived in the home. Inez was the one living in the house when it was sold in 1988. I don't know a lot of specifics, but if you want more information, I can easily track it down from family members.
